Job summary

The External Reporting and Technical Accounting Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper will oversee external financial reporting and SEC compliance, ensuring accurate and complete filings and a strong control environment across US GAAP and IFRS as applicable. The role requires hands-on leadership and close collaboration with auditors, legal counsel, and finance leadership.

Qualifications

• CPA designation required.
• 7+ years in accounting, auditing, financial reporting, or SEC reporting.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting incl. S-X, S-K.
• Experience with large accelerated filers or Fortune 500/complex multinational.
• Strong leadership, prioritization, and communication with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy statements).
• Manage external reporting calendar, milestones, deliverables, and review processes with stakeholders and auditors.
• Support XBRL tagging and disclosure controls to ensure SEC compliance.
