Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an experienced account manager in San Diego to lead key client relationships within our travel-insurance business. You’ll own the full account lifecycle, onboard clients, and drive growth through strategic reviews and solutions.

Required: 3+ years in account management or sales, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a professional, client-focused approach. Hybrid work with 3 days in office and 2 days remote supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in account management, sales or related field, preferably in travel or financial services.
• Proven record of managing small to medium accounts and hitting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts as the primary contact.
• Own the full account lifecycle including onboarding and reviews.
• Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and recommend solutions.
• Lead client meetings to review performance and present new offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and customer service to ensure seamless experience.
• Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.
