Job summary

Zurich Cover-More is seeking an Account Manager to build strong relationships with key retail partners and drive account growth. You will manage the full lifecycle from onboarding to performance reviews, while collaborating with marketing, product, and customer service to deliver a seamless client experience.

The role requires 3+ years in account management or related fields within travel/financial services, with a hybrid work model and growth opportunities at a global insurer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Own the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, training, performance management, and ongoing business reviews.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business goals, driving growth and long-term partnerships.
• Identify opportunities to enhance performance through training, process improvements, and strategic recommendations.
• Introduce new ideas, tools, and product enhancements to support client success and business growth.
• Lead client meetings to review performance, address challenges, and present new solutions and offerings.
• Cross-functionally partner internally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Monitor market, competitor, and industry trends and activity to identify new opportunities.
