Job summary

Henkel in Stamford, CT is seeking a Transportation professional to coordinate planning, secure capacity with carriers and ensure on-time delivery. You will analyze data, produce KPI reports and support optimization initiatives across the logistics function.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in logistics with TMS/ERP experience and strong analytical skills, ready to contribute to cost and service improvements in a fast-paced Consumer Brands environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in transportation, logistics or customer service operations.
• Experience with TMS, ERP systems and Excel.
• Strong analytical and data reporting skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of transportation planning and carrier management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation planning to ensure on-time pickup and delivery.
• Partner with carriers and internal stakeholders to secure capacity and resolve issues.
• Manage transportation exceptions, rush orders and service disruptions.
• Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze transportation data and prepare KPI reports.
• Support continuous improvement and planning optimization.
