Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field is required.
• 5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Bilingual preferred: Korean and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage transportation strategies to ensure cost-effective and efficient freight movement.
• Oversee daily shipment schedules, carrier performance, and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
• Resolve escalated transportation issues, including delays, damages, and claims.
• Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers to optimize freight spend and maintain strong provider relationships.
• Monitor and assess carrier performance, taking corrective actions as necessary.
• Analyze transportation costs and track budget performance to drive savings.
• Manage freight payment processes and ensure invoicing accuracy and reconciliation.
• Generate reports and provide insights on transportation trends and performance metrics.
