Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Marketing, SCM or Engineering.
• Strong problem solving and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• 1-2 years in consumer products marketing, project management/coordination, or supply chain.
• SAP or database experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage new item requests, activities and dependencies from creation to production-ready.
• Confirm submission aligns with launch timelines and project plan.
• Verify data with regional partners before submission to global solutions team.
• Collaborate with global and local cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and solve bottlenecks.
• Maintain tracking system and assist portfolio management (item trackers, active items, transitions).
• Maintain team-owned processes and supporting documents and roll-outs.
