Job summary

Veolia in North America seeks a Service Transportation Manager to lead a team of drivers, dispatchers, and support staff at the Washougal service center. You will align operations with customer SLAs, ensure DOT compliance, safety, and environmental requirements while optimizing routes and coaching staff.

You will collaborate with sales and order management, drive process improvements, manage payroll, training, and performance, and maintain strong customer relationships to support account

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; environmental degree preferred.
• BS in environmental-related field preferred.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training required or ability to obtain.
• Active CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center transportation team and drivers.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and DOT regulations.
• Coordinate with sales and order management to resolve issues.
• Manage route and driver performance.
• Oversee payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Maintain customer SLAs and KPIs.
