Job summary

Veolia, following its acquisition of Clean Earth, seeks a Service Transportation Manager to lead a transport team at a service center in the United States. You will coach drivers, dispatchers, and staff, coordinating with customer service and operations to meet SLAs and KPIs while ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

You will manage route scheduling, driver debriefs, and training; participate in recruitment; promote safety; and support account retention and customer satisfaction as Veolia

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• B.S. in environmental-related field preferred.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training required or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop employees; conduct performance appraisals.
• Participate in recruitment and hiring of transportation staff and drivers.
• Oversee route management and scheduling to meet SLA requirements.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety training across the team.
• Maintain training content and provide support on technical topics.
