Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Service Center Manager to lead a small service center team, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SLAs. You will drive route planning, customer satisfaction, and staff development to exceed performance targets.

Responsibilities include coaching supervisors, coordinating with HR, and maintaining effective communication with customers while upholding company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Education: BA or BS degree required; HS diploma with related experience also acceptable.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in transportation.
• 3 years of transportation field experience with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER training current or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center team, coaching supervisors and staff to meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Oversee route management, safety compliance, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage P&L and regulatory adherence within the service center.
• Support customer onboarding and maintain strong customer relationships.
