Qualifications

• Leadership experience.
• Three years of route or logistics experience.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Must be able to complete a background check, drug test, and physical as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and manage sales and service route drivers.
• Ensure safe and compliant operations per DOT, EPA and company policies.
• Direct flow of service requests to service customers promptly.
• Conduct daily check-in/check-out with drivers to ensure readiness.
• Cover driver duties when needed and provide field coaching.
