Qualifications

• High School Diploma, with college education preferred.
• Professional approach to internal and external customers.
• Transportation/logistics experience preferred.
• Experience in a tactical and fast-paced office environment.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute product transportation planning and order management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (customer service, carriers, facilities) and communicate professionally across channels.
• Make informed decisions considering customer needs, facility requirements, and carrier capacity; escalate issues when needed.
• Support Nestlé Operational Master Plan and continuous improvement efforts.
• Manage planning anomalies, validate plans, and maintain accurate data.
• Oversee on-time pickup and delivery schedules, track shipments, and handle exceptions.
