Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Workflow Coordinator to support Supply Chain Operations, managing inventory (IB/OB) and SAP/EWM processes. This role requires coordinating workloads, performing audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives within the distribution center.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics Operations environment preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (EWM) and SAP is preferred.
• Experience training and mentoring peers.
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations via SWOP/SAP EWM for inventory, IB and OB functions.
• Arrange trailer moves using PINC/SWOP; align doors for shipping/receiving.
• Perform audits on PINC, BOL, ICC and Quality to ensure compliance.
