Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product transportation using available tools and processes to meet service expectations.
• Collaborate with customer service, carriers, facilities, and deployment with professional communication.
• Demonstrate initiative, make informed decisions considering customer needs and carrier capacity; escalate as needed.
• Support the Nestlé Operational Master Plan and Continuous Improvement efforts.
• Address and resolve conflicts and discrepancies in a timely, positive manner.
