• Active P&C license is required.

• Strong client service and policy administration skills.

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate workload status and resolve service requests efficiently.
• Support strong client and team relationships.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage documents.
