Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates, IDs and documents.
• Support policy issuance and documentation accuracy; assist or lead new and renewal business processes.
• Gather underwriting information and documentation; maintain accurate client and policy data in systems.
• Monitor activities and ensure timely task completion; resolve billing discrepancies and support collections.
