Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in commercial transportation/trucking preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to support policy processing, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin, technical, and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents.
• Support policy issuance and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Assist with submissions, proposals, and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor tasks.
