Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and clients
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, manage certificates and documents
• Assist or lead new and renewal business; prepare submissions and proposals
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion
• Support billing, compliance, and minimize E&O exposure
