Job summary

Insurance Office of America is recruiting a Commercial Insurance Account Manager with a focus on Transportation. The role requires a P&C license and about 5 years of commercial insurance experience, including exposure to transportation/trucking.

You will support the account team with policy processing, renewals, and client service across assigned accounts. The position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and proactive service, with opportunities for advancement within the Account Management path

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial insurance experience required.
• Active P&C license required.
• Commercial transportation/trucking experience preferred.
• Provide administrative, technical and customer service support to the account team and clients.
• Assist with submissions and policy processing, renewals and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; minimize errors & omissions exposure.
