Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Commercial Insurance Account Manager to support client service, policy administration, and renewal processes for transportation accounts. The role offers a defined career path from Account Associate to Account Manager Associate based on experience and licensing.

You will coordinate underwriting information, prepare proposals, manage client data in systems, and ensure accurate policy processing while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years of commercial insurance experience required.
• Active P&C license required.
• Experience with transportation/trucking accounts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and assigned clients.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and policy documents.
• Assist with new and renewal business, gather underwriting information and documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems and monitor activities.
• Support billing, compliance, and minimize errors and omissions exposure.
