Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, technical, and customer service support to the account team and clients
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements
• Manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices and related documents
• Support policy issuance and documentation accuracy
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes
• Prepare submissions and proposals
• Gather underwriting information and documentation
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems
• Monitor activities and ensure timely task completion
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections
