Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and strategic relationship building.
• Build ROI analyses and business cases for dedicated transportation solutions.
• Lead customer discovery meetings to uncover operational challenges and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Pricing, and internal stakeholders to develop customized proposals.
• Present transportation solutions that improve efficiency, service and profitability.
• Own opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, implementation and launch.
• Manage existing Dedicated accounts while identifying growth opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline with detailed opportunity documentation and forecasting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership during pipeline reviews and strategic planning.
