• Developing and executing transport sector growth strategy aligned to wider commercial ambitions.
• Identifying major project opportunities at the earliest stages and creating winning pursuit strategies.
• Building influential relationships with customers, principal contractors, developers, framework providers and industry stakeholders.
• Securing opportunities for aggregates, asphalt, concrete and integrated materials solutions across transportation projects.
• Driving early contractor engagement and shaping project requirements before tender stage.
• Developing strategic partnerships and collaborative approaches delivering long-term value.
• Championing innovation and sustainability solutions that differentiate the company.
• Working with operational, technical and commercial teams to bring full capability to opportunities.
