Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic relationship building.
• Build ROI analyses for transportation solutions and create value propositions.
• Lead customer discovery meetings to uncover operational challenges and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Pricing, and internal stakeholders to develop customized proposals.
• Present transportation solutions to improve efficiency, service, and profitability.
• Own opportunities from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, implementation, and launch.
• Manage existing dedicated accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain an organized Salesforce pipeline with detailed opportunity documentation and accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with executive leadership during pipeline reviews and strategic account planning.
