You will drive fleet performance and regulatory compliance while optimizing utilization of assets. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field preferred.
• AS400 experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dedicated Fleet of Professional Drivers
• Manage daily fleet operations including scheduling, dispatching, and maintenance.
• Ensure vehicles are regularly inspected, serviced, and compliant with safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Assist in managing messaging for overall operations.
• Responsible for service failures, communication, equipment utilization, and safety.
