Leman International Transport Ltd is seeking a Director of Strategic Sales to drive growth by identifying opportunities, closing deals, and expanding the client base globally. You will craft strategic pitches, present tailored logistics solutions, and collaborate with operations to ensure feasible implementations.

The role requires deep industry knowledge, a proven sales track record in international freight forwarding or contract logistics, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Transportation or similar preferred.
• Minimum 5 years sales experience in International Freight Forwarding and/or Contract Logistics.
• Own and drive its own car to visit customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients and key decision-makers.
• Develop compelling proposals and pitches addressing client needs.
• Coordinate with operations to align solutions with capabilities.
• Lead negotiations and finalize contracts.
• Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow market share.
• Monitor market intelligence to adapt strategy.
