Job summary

HDR is an employee-owned firm delivering complex transmission line projects across the western US. The Transmission Line EPC Program Lead will guide scope, design, permitting, and execution in collaboration with clients, EPC partners, and HDR teams.

You will mentor staff, manage risk, and ensure alignment with contract goals while coordinating with utilities, real estate, and environmental teams. Missoula-based operations with the Montana locations offer opportunities to shape major transmission

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field required.
10 years related experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Proficient in MS Office, estimating and scheduling software.
Ability to collaborate with design teams and strong communication skills.
Active employee-owned culture participation required.

Responsibilities

Lead transmission line scope within large EPC programs.
Advise clients on regulatory and execution aspects.
Direct and monitor scope execution with EPC contractor.
Coordinate routing, engineering, environmental planning, ROW, procurement, construction, outages.
Mentor HDR staff and subconsultants.
Monitor scope, schedule, budget; support change management.
