Job summary

Endurion seeks a Transition and Change Management Manager to lead enterprise transition planning, organizational change management, and readiness activities for the POTFF program. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to implement new programs and processes without disrupting service delivery or workforce continuity.

The position drives transition strategies, manages risks, promotes stakeholder adoption, and ensures alignment with contract requirements and POTFF priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, organizational leadership, HR, project management, change management, healthcare administration, or related field.
• Eight years of progressive experience in program management, transition management, change management, implementation, mobilization, or organizational transformation.
• Three years of experience leading complex transition, mobilization, program stand-up, or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in a complex, regulated military/federal/healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter or equivalent).
• Ability to assess stakeholder impacts, anticipate resistance, and develop adoption strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition, mobilization, and organizational change activities from contract award through Full Operational Capability and program performance.
• Develop and execute Transition Management Plans, change strategies, schedules, readiness and staffing plans.
• Establish governance, executive reporting, readiness reviews, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate transition activities across multiple enterprise functions (HR, IT, Finance, Contracts, etc.).
• Integrate change management with program plans to maximize adoption and ROI.
• Assess readiness and stakeholder impacts of new programs and technologies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans for SOF personnel and government customers.
• Coach leaders to guide teams through transitions and sustain new ways of working.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
• Maintain transition documentation and performance reports.
