Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Transition Manager to oversee the transfer of SOW requirements from legacy contracts and to serve as the primary point of contact during transition periods for a government-focused program.

You will coordinate with sponsors, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure timely, on-budget transitions. A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years’ experience in software transitions, ITIL/Agile, and vendor management are preferred, with active security clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering/Business.
• Ten years of experience managing transitions for software applications.
• Five years managing transitions for large-scale enterprise applications.
• Three years ITIL/Agile/CMMI.
• Three years managing cross-functional teams.
• Three years analyzing complex technical issues.
• Three years communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Three years managing vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary transition contact for SOW requirements from legacy contracts.
• Oversee transition activities and report status weekly to the Sponsor.
• Ensure seamless transfer of SOW requirements during transition periods.
