Job summary

Endurion is seeking a Transition and Change Management Manager to support the POTFF program. The role leads enterprise transition planning, organizational change management, and readiness activities for SOF mission readiness and performance.

This position coordinates cross-functional teams to implement new programs, technologies, processes, and requirements while preserving service delivery and workforce continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years in program management, transition management, or organizational transformation.
• 3+ years leading complex transition or enterprise change initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
• Ability to assess stakeholder impact and drive adoption.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition planning from contract award through Full Operational Capability.
• Develop and execute transition management plans and readiness strategies.
• Establish governance, reporting, metrics, and escalation processes.
• Coordinate activities across multiple enterprise functions.
• Integrate change management with program plans to maximize adoption and ROI.
• Assess readiness and stakeholder impacts for new programs and technologies.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communication plans for SOF personnel and leadership.
• Coach leaders to guide teams through transitions and sustain new ways of working.
• Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and corrective actions.
• Maintain transition documentation and performance reports.
