Endurion is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead the POTFF program, ensuring enterprise integration, operational synchronization, and strong customer engagement for integrated human performance services supporting Special Operations readiness and resilience.

The role collaborates with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams, maintaining disciplined execution across physical, psychological, cognitive, social, family, and spiritual domains. Flexibility for travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, organizational leadership, program management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience directing large, geographically dispersed, workforce-intensive programs.
• Experience managing contract performance, operations, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, staffing, and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and integrate operational and enterprise support functions.
• Strong knowledge of federal contracting, program governance, performance management, and compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Direct program performance, operations, governance, and customer engagement across geographically dispersed locations.
• Integrate activities across program operations, workforce continuity, business management, transition and readiness, quality, analytics, and shared services.
• Monitor contract performance, staffing, readiness, risk, quality, schedule, cost, and customer priorities; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary human performance services across physical, psychological, cognitive, social and family, and spiritual domains.
• Serve as a senior liaison to government customers, joint venture partners, subcontractors, and functional leaders.
• Lead executive reviews, operational meetings, working groups, and cross-functional decision forums.
• Use program data, performance measures, and trend analysis to improve service delivery and support data-informed decisions.
• Identify operational risks, service gaps, and growth opportunities; develop mitigation strategies aligned with contract requirements.
• Support workforce planning, incumbent retention, recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, security processing, training, and deployment readiness.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, government regulations, security standards, quality procedures, and Endurion policies.
• Assume delegated Program Manager responsibilities during the Program Manager's absence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
