Job summary

Trace3 in Irvine, CA seeks an experienced Management Consulting Manager to partner with clients on strategic planning and roadmaps. You will oversee transformational initiatives, drive cross-functional programs, and ensure adoption through disciplined change management and governance.

You will lead multi-workstream programs across cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity and enterprise platforms, delivering executive-ready updates and measurable value realization. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional work experience preferably at a technology or consulting company.
• Demonstrated delivery in cloud transformation, data/AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms/projects.
• Executive communication and stakeholder management; ability to present dashboards connecting health to outcomes.
• Ability to lead跨 teams, build credibility as a strategic partner across business units.
• Strong program management, change management and continuous improvement expertise.
• Highly organized with strong time management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, multi-workstream technology programs with governance and PMO cadence.
• Define scope, OKRs, roadmaps, resources, and interdependencies tied to business outcomes.
• Create executive dashboards and status reports for scope, schedule, budget, risk, and benefits.
• Engage with clients to understand challenges, analyze data, form hypotheses, and define actionable plans.
• Present recommendations to influence business decisions and drive adoption.
• Design and execute technical capability assessments and present results.
• Serve as integrated Program Manager from planning to execution and manage budgets.
• Manage scope, requirements, resources, and budgets for all projects.
