Job summary

Trace3 seeks a Manager, Strategy & Advisory to support product and services engagements from contract to delivery, ensuring scope, budget, client satisfaction, and outcomes.

You will collaborate with Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, MDs, Product Specialists, and PMs to solve complex business and technology challenges and drive digital transformation across healthcare and other industries.

Qualifications

• Five years of business and technology management experience in a professional services environment.
• End-to-end experience with the SDLC; Managed Services experience is a nice-to-have.
• Proven experience leading programs with small to medium-sized organizations.
• Strong background in conceptual problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams with diverse points of view.
• Interest in gaining functional/technical experience with Networking, Security, Cloud, and Data/Analytics solution planning and execution in traditional and modern infrastructure environments.
• Healthcare or related domain and/or technical experience to drive Digital Transformation planning across healthcare segments.
• Teamwork and collaboration; willingness to be a team player and invested in team success.
• Ability to lead and manage teams and deliver against tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Prior experience managing cross-functional teams including engineering staff in a project execution capacity.

Responsibilities

• Serve clients as part of a core team with Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, Engagement/Managing Directors, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and PMs.
• Help solve complex business and technology issues from strategic objectives to delivery of business-driven technology engagements.
• Assist in establishing milestones, monitoring plans, and identifying project risks and solutions.
• Manage decision processes and requirements based on goals and success measures.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
• Authorship of Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Participate in contract negotiation and changes; coordinate financial terms.
• Maintain client relationships and present to broad audiences.
• Communicate issues and solutions effectively in writing and verbally.
• Lead engagements involving complex analysis, problem solving, and client impact.
• Ensure positive impact and sustainable results through program outcomes and business performance analysis.
• Mentor and develop junior consulting team members.
• Support opportunity generation and business development.
