Trace3 is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Advisory to support product and services engagements from contract signature to successful delivery, ensuring scope, deliverables, budget, and client outcomes. The role involves leading a core team of Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, and PMs to solve complex business and technology issues.

You will help establish milestones, manage schedules, write SOWs, negotiate contracts, and nurture client relationships while contributing to business development

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of business and technology management in professional services.
• End-to-end SDLC experience required; managed services a plus.
• Proven track record leading programs in small to mid-size organizations.
• Strong conceptual problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a core team serving clients including Senior Advisors, Solution Architects, and PMs.
• Drive delivery of strategic initiatives with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Establish milestones, monitor plans, and escalate program risks.
• Draft statements of work and negotiate contract terms and changes.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Contribute to business development and opportunity generation.
• Develop and mentor junior consulting team members.
