Job summary

Trace3 is seeking a Management Consulting Manager to partner with clients in strategic planning and roadmaps. This role provides oversight and drives transformational initiatives, leveraging Trace3’s expertise in technology platforms and change management.

You will manage people, processes, and data architecture to deliver measurable outcomes for clients, with travel up to 50%. You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop program governance, and craft executive presentations to influence

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of related professional work experience
• Experience delivering cloud transformation, data/AI, cybersecurity, or enterprise platforms programs
• Executive-level communication and dashboarding to connect delivery health to outcomes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for multi‑workstream technology programs (cloud, data/AI, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms) with governance and budgets
• Define program scope, OKRs, roadmaps, resources, and interdependencies; ensure adoption plans
• Create executive dashboards showing scope, schedule, budget, risk, benefits realization
• Engage with clients to understand challenges, analyze data, and define actionable plans
• Lead design/execution of technical capability assessments and present recommendations
• Guide planning to execution as an integrated Program Manager; manage scope, resources, and budgets
