Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a seasoned Program Manager, Transformation and Process Excellence, to lead end-to-end process optimization across Product, Supply Chain, and Store Operations. You will drive initiatives focused on waste reduction, inventory optimization, and analytics to unlock efficiency and business impact.

The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and experience applying Lean and Agile methods to large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading large, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery models.
• Proven ability to analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives with clear business cases.
• Collaborate across finance, technology, product, sourcing, supply planning, manufacturing, and stores.
• Use data and dashboards to identify opportunities and measure impact on service, cost, quality.
• Sequence projects, monitor interdependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Maintain executive status reporting and escalate issues to drive resolution.
