Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a senior product leader to define product value and strategy, align business and technical goals, and own KPIs for performance. You will translate needs into epics and acceptance criteria, and drive delivery in collaboration with design and engineering using Agile practices.

The role requires strong cross-functional influence, roadmapping skills, and deep experience in supply chain planning. Onsite collaboration and stakeholder leadership are essential to success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 7+ years delivering complex products in a technology environment.
  • 5+ years partnering with design and engineering to deliver customer-facing features, including roadmaps/backlogs and writing/refining user stories.
  • Supply chain planning experience a must (supply and demand planning).

Responsibilities

  • Define product value and direction by aligning business and technical objectives, setting clear priorities, and establishing KPIs.
  • Translate needs into buildable work by writing epics/user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements.
  • Drive delivery and outcomes through iterative Agile practices, partnering with design and engineering on sizing and planning, removing blockers, and measuring feature success post-launch.
