Job summary

Teso Life Inc. is seeking a dedicated PMO/Strategic Projects Coordinator to help translate corporate strategies into actionable project plans and governance. You will own intake, chartering, and portfolio maintenance while ensuring clear accountability and value realization across multi-functional teams.

You will manage weekly follow-ups, risk alerts, and escalation to CSO as required, driving timely decisions and robust project documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of project management, PMO, or enterprise transformation experience.
• End-to-end project lifecycle experience from initiation to closure.
• Proficiency with project-management tools (Asana, Jira, MS Project, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic project intake and maintain the corporate portfolio.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and owners.
• Organize kick-off meetings and ensure accountability and acceptance criteria.
• Track progress with dashboards; manage risks, issues, and escalations.
• Prepare and document decisions, actions, and closure of projects.
• Support policy governance and value realization reviews where applicable.
