Job summary

AGS - American Gaming Systems seeks a Senior PMO Manager to own end-to-end delivery oversight across a broad transformation portfolio. You will chair workstream steercos, manage dependencies, and ensure schedule, cost and value commitments are met through robust governance.

You will coordinate with leaders across commercial growth, game development, data & analytics, operations, logistics and technology to convert initiatives into chartered projects and maintain portfolio discipline.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of program or project management experience in a multi-workstream environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex portfolios spanning commercial, operational, and technology workstreams.
• Strong reporting, risk management, and executive-status communication skills.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder meetings and driving decisions.
• Proficiency with PMO tools: Smartsheet, MS Project, Monday.com, MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/IT; MBA preferred.
• PMP, PgMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion of strategic initiatives into fully chartered projects with defined scope, costs, milestones and owners.
• Own and maintain portfolio trackers; produce executive status packs and board materials.
• Chair and facilitate workstream steercos; drive decisions and log outcomes.
• Maintain risk and dependency registers; surface blockers early and coordinate cross-portfolio dependencies.
• Coordinate with Value and Analytics to align milestones with business-case commitments.
• Coach and onboard project coordinators to raise PMO discipline across teams.
• Bring strong communication across CEO, Board and PMO teams.
