Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, finance, operations, organizational change or a related discipline required.
• 7+ years of progressive program management experience and 3+ years in consulting, private equity, or enterprise transformation.
• Ability to translate strategic priorities into structured execution plans and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an enterprise program management framework for transformation programs.
• Translate priorities into integrated program plans with milestones, resources and benefits.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Operations, Finance, IT, HR and more.
