Job summary

Equinix seeks a Transformation Program Lead to establish and run the operating system model, processes, and tools for channel transformation in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. The role emphasizes structure, discipline, and delivery across multiple workstreams with executive visibility.

You will own milestone tracking, cadence architecture, dependency management, and governance, partnering with senior leaders to ensure accountability and timely delivery across programs.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years running PMOs, transformation offices, or enterprise program management in a matrixed organization.
• Experience building and running milestone/status tracking systems (traffic-light reporting, dependency trackers) across multiple leaders or teams.
• Experience designing and protecting operating cadences for senior executives - familiarity with Stafford Beer's Viable Systems Model desired
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred
• Experience working directly with SVP/C-suite stakeholders and holding senior leaders accountable
• Background supporting Sales, Channel, Partner, or GTM organizations preferred

Responsibilities

• Milestone Tracking & Traffic-Light Reporting: build templates, track status, and manage dependencies.
• Cadence & Meeting Operating Rhythm: own cadence architecture and ensure clear ownership and action closure.
• Dependency & Accountability Management: maintain trackers and chase open commitments to closure.
• Templates & Operating System Build-Out: translate design into repeatable templates and toolkit.
• Executive Reporting & Visibility: consolidate status for SVP, LT, and CRO with risk and dependencies.
