Job summary

SES’s IT PMO is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across IT and Software Development. You will structure delivery approaches, manage ambiguity, and align workstreams with strategic objectives, delivering operational excellence and effective governance.

In this delivery role, you will partner with senior stakeholders, drive program roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and establish Steering Committees to ensure clear decision-making and consistent

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives with governance, planning, and risk management.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and navigate ambiguity.
Superior stakeholder coordination and clear communication across teams.
Expert with PMO methodologies and tools (ADO, Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office).
Typically, 10-15 years of relevant experience in PMO or delivery roles.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs with multiple interrelated projects.
Define delivery approach, governance, roadmap, and integration points.
Align outputs to program objectives and strategic outcomes.
Manage tradeoffs across scope, time, cost, quality, and risk.
Translate strategic objectives into executable program plans and priorities.
Act as primary interface for senior stakeholders across functions.
Establish and lead program Steering Committee and governance forums.
Provide insight-driven reporting on risks, dependencies, trends, and KPIs.
