Job summary

CFS in Houston is seeking a Strategic Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across operations, engineering, and supply chain. You will identify bottlenecks, design solutions, and drive projects through execution with substantial stakeholder engagement.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data analysis, and the ability to create executive-ready presentations and dashboards for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in business transformation, strategic projects, consulting, operations, PM, or related functions.
• Ideally 2+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience in industrial services, manufacturing, chemicals, engineering, or supply chain.
• Proven experience independently leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, PowerPoint, and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on, coachable, adaptable, ambitious, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and success metrics.
• Establish and improve PMO methodologies, governance, templates, and project-management processes.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop KPI dashboards, executive reporting, and scenario analyses to support decisions.
• Translate business data into actionable recommendations and improvement initiatives.
• Create executive-level presentations and communicate project progress, risks, and recommendations.
• Drive accountability and execution across teams without direct reporting authority.
