Taswiq4me is seeking a mid-senior Strategy and Operations consultant in the United States (Washington) to drive cost reduction and business transformation for client organizations. The role requires hands-on experience with Shared Services, procurement/strategic sourcing, and leading large project teams across complex programs.

The position involves frequent travel (up to 75%), with the aim of delivering measurable overhead optimization and cost-savings outcomes for enterprise-level engagements.

Qualifications

• 3 year Consulting experience required.
• Made a mark in business improvement, cost reduction and business transformation.
• Overhead Optimization and Zero Based Budgeting.
• Hands on Shared Services/ Global Business Services/Integrated Business services
• Hands‑on Enterprise Cost Reduction, Procurement or Strategic Sourcing
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading project teams or large workstreams within complex, large scale projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% (Mon-Thur) and occasional Fridays as needed
