A large, complex organization is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to improve how work gets done across multiple functions. This is a visible, hands‑on role for someone who can step into an unfamiliar process, ask the right questions, bring structure to ambiguity, and help teams make lasting improvements.
The team works much like an internal consulting group. You’ll partner with business and technology leaders on projects involving workflows and systems. Some initiatives will be yours to lead from assessment through implementation; on larger efforts, you’ll own a meaningful part of the work. This is an individual contributor role where you’ll lead through influence. Examples of business processes would be understanding order to cash, purchase to pay, sales inventory operational planning, new product development, etc. You'll work with the various stakeholders to understand process flows, pain points, bottlenecks and identify and recommend areas for improvement.
Experience with large enterprise systems, consulting or internal transformation teams, and Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methods is helpful.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
