Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical specialized field of study.
• Seven (7) years related work experience in strategy development, competitive analysis, market research, and corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
• Experience leading strategy assessments, org design, transformation programs in Revenue Operations and customer-facing functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, problem structuring and problem solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization using BI tools; MS Office and data modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify transformation opportunities for OTC in partnership with consultants and internal teams.
• Build business cases and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps to achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for readiness of process transformation, tech assessment and demand intake.
