You will blend customer-focused design with consulting, change management, and program leadership to execute complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.

The role requires senior-level framing of issues, clear, fact-based recommendations, and collaboration with leadership across commercial, operations, and technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical field.
• Seven years of related work experience in strategy development, market analysis, and corporate development activities.
• Experience leading transformational programs and strategic assessments.
• Master's degree can offset experience requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and develop recommendations grounded in business, industry, and market trends.
• Build business cases and financial analyses to support executive decisions.
• Develop multi-year transformation roadmaps to achieve outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment for process transformation and tech assessment.
