Job summary

FedEx Corporation in a hybrid, multi-location setting is seeking a Business Strategy Principal to drive enterprise process transformation across the Order To Collect function, aiming to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and overall business performance.

The role blends customer-centered design, business consulting, process engineering, change management, and program leadership to execute complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative business field or closely related technical field.
• Seven (7) years related work experience in strategy development, competitive analysis, market research and corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
• Experience supporting transformational strategic assessments.
• Advanced degree may offset experience requirements (Master’s equals two years).

Responsibilities

• Partners with consultants and internal teams to identify transformation opportunities for OTC.
• Builds business cases and financial analyses that support executive decision-making.
• Develops multi-year transformation roadmaps to achieve targeted business outcomes.
• Drives cross-functional alignment to ensure readiness for process transformation, tech assessment and D&T demand intake.
