Job summary

ADP is seeking a Business Transformation Principal to lead end-to-end strategy-to-execution for HR Outsourcing Operations in Alpharetta, GA or remote in GA. You will guide large-scale transformation programs, design operating models, and drive technology adoption with executive collaboration.

The role emphasizes problem solving, initiative, and leadership across teams, with a focus on delivering measurable business improvements and strategic outcomes for the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in Transformation, Strategy, Management Consulting or similar quantitative business-related capacity.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong proficiency in effectively putting together presentations and storytelling.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analysis background.
• Advanced Microsoft Visio skills and development of current vs. future state business processes.
• Previous experience leading or managing teams.
• Previous experience upskilling and teaching others.
• Experience presenting to executive and senior leader stakeholders.
• Experience leveraging AI tools.
• Collaborating with business senior leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent analysis and pattern recognition skills, as well as synthesis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects comprised of multiple BT team members and manage strategic initiatives.
• Coach and upskill team members to shape project strategy and business cases.
• Apply change management and operating model design to roll out programs for strategic projects.
• Analyze complex ideas and issues to build strategies and roadmaps.
• Mentor BT project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Serve as a direct point of contact for project senior leaders and ensure delivery quality.
• Scope projects aligning with HRO strategic objectives using data insights.
• Present complex concepts clearly to management and non-technical audiences.
