Job summary

ADP is seeking a Business Transformation Principal for the HR Outsourcing Operations team. The role is based in Alpharetta, GA, or can be remote within the state of GA, and involves leading end-to-end strategy through execution in an internal consulting capacity.

You will drive large transformation initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and partner with senior leadership to shape enterprise-wide programs across the HR landscape. Excellent communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Transformation, Strategy, Management Consulting or similar quantitative business-related capacity.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills and strong storytelling ability.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and analysis background.

Responsibilities

• Lead large projects comprised of multiple BT team members and manage and execute strategic initiatives related to org design, operating model design and data analysis.
• Coach and upskill team members to create project strategy, validate business case, and guide decision making.
• Apply change management and business process frameworks to roll out programs for strategic projects across the HR Outsourcing organization.
