Job summary

ADP is seeking a Data Analytics Director for the HR Outsourcing Analytics organization in Alpharetta, GA. This leader translates complex business challenges into insights and strategic recommendations, partnering with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Data & Analytics teams to influence retention, growth, and performance.

You will move beyond reporting, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions, and use data to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading analytics initiatives and partnering with Data Science and Advanced Analytics teams to drive business outcomes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders across matrixed organizations.
• Strong experience translating analytics into business recommendations and strategic decisions including retention, growth, pricing, or revenue-related initiatives.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics professionals and managers to build a trusted, strategic, and business-focused analytics practice.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Strategy, and Revenue Operations leaders to define priorities and deliver analytics solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Drive strategic recommendations by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention, growth, and business performance.
• Lead through influence across matrixed teams, including Business Intelligence Analysts, Product Managers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization capabilities, ensuring insights are actionable, aligned to business objectives, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics to challenge assumptions, identify opportunities, and influence business strategy and decision making.
• Support the evolution of analytics standards and best practices across the HRO Analytics organization.
